Before the contractor’s entering the site or the commencement of any special trade of operators, the construction activity plan shall be checked and approved on site to allow each party to conduct safety plan in advance.
 
 
Proposed work shall be conducted as per the safety procedures specified in the safety working practice statement.  Before the contractor’s commencement, or in the first month of site construction, or before the commencement of other subcontractors, it is required that these safety working practices shall be reviewed and approved. And the safety working practice statement shall be approved by Safety Manager or Contruction Manager.

Workers participating the toolbox meeting shall sign the registration form of the safety working practice statement.Safety review or inspection is aimed to review whether the safety working practice statement is properly implemented and its applicability.1.     The safety review or inspection shall be conducted by the safety manager together with the construction manager, the site supervisor or other parties as well as representative of the contractor.2.      Any improperness or flaw in the safety working practice statement found during the review shall be corrected by the contractor.3.      Retraining of the safety working practice statement and/or job safety analysis shall be conducted before commencement of work.
